Role Responsibilities

We are seeking specialists in Non-Financial Risk to undertake various Project/Programme Management or Business Analyst positions within major financial institutions. As a Subject Matter Expert in Risk, you will leverage your understanding of the Operational Risk landscape to collaborate with stakeholders and promote best practices through risk transformation, advisory services, and implementation strategies.

Your role will involve delivering precise Client requirements and managing Client relationships to achieve desired outcomes. You should be adept at defining and documenting business and risk processes, evaluating risk frameworks, presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations through effective risk management methodologies.

In this Client-facing capacity, you will represent Capco and contribute to the growth of our Risk Practice by identifying opportunities to enhance our Risk presence across the sector.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential:

Background in Enterprise Risk Management or Operational Risk, preferably within Financial Services Familiarity with trade surveillance practices Knowledge of market abuse regulations Experience in communications surveillance Understanding of market conduct principles Ability to cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders Comprehensive knowledge of key risk regulations and trends in Financial Services Strong communication abilities Experience in project or change management Proficient in documenting and analyzing processes and controls, identifying weaknesses, and proposing enhancements Detail-oriented with the capacity to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
