About the Role:

  • Ensure all aspects of housing management, compliance, and complaints resolution are handled with care and efficiency.
  • Update the Risk Register, produce key performance reports for the board, manage safeguarding compliance, and address complaints from residents.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain high standards and ensure exceptional resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling complaints and resolving issues effectively.
  • Experience in housing management or a related field (desirable).
