Au sein de Brown & Brown Europe, nous recherchons un Senior Commercial Insurance Consultant pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et expérimentée. Ce poste est essentiel pour comprendre les opérations commerciales de nos clients, leurs opportunités, leurs risques et leur approche en matière de gestion des risques et d'assurance.

Le candidat idéal aura une expérience avérée dans la présentation et l'offre d'assurances commerciales complexes, tant pour le renouvellement que pour l'acquisition de nouveaux éléments dans le programme d'assurance d'un client. La gestion des relations et les techniques de service à la clientèle sont des compétences clés pour réussir dans ce rôle. Les objectifs annuels sont axés sur le maintien et la croissance des revenus grâce à l'expansion de votre portefeuille client et à l'acquisition de nouvelles affaires.

Responsabilités quotidiennes :

  • Atteindre les objectifs de nouvelles affaires et de renouvellements
  • Participer à la stratégie marketing de l'entreprise et agir rapidement sur les pistes générées.
  • Développer des relations avec des apporteurs d'affaires
  • Générer vos propres pistes et gérer efficacement le pipeline de nouvelles affaires
  • Produire des pistes de vente croisée pour d'autres départements selon les objectifs fixés.
  • Entretenir des relations continues avec les clients existants en veillant à fournir un service client de haute qualité.
  • Identifier des opportunités de vente supplémentaires avec les clients existants
  • Effectuer des visites clients et compléter les documents de collecte d'informations nécessaires pour les nouvelles affaires.
  • Pour les affaires de renouvellement, examiner la documentation de l'année précédente et mettre à jour les informations pertinentes avec le client.
  • Analyser les besoins des clients et conseiller sur les assurances les plus appropriées.
  • Préparer des notes de courtage pour les nouvelles affaires et collaborer avec l'équipe pour mettre à jour les notes de renouvellement.
  • Définir la stratégie de courtage avec le soutien de l'équipe et participer au processus si nécessaire.
  • Examiner l'exercice de courtage et finaliser les négociations avec les assureurs si besoin.
  • Produire des instructions de clôture conformément aux procédures de l'entreprise.

Votre expérience :

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en courtage d'assurances commerciales
  • Capacité à gérer les demandes de nouvelles affaires, les renouvellements et les ajustements en cours des différentes polices d'assurance
  • Bonne compréhension des produits d'assurance commerciale, des options et des marchés
  • Connaissance du logiciel de courtage d'assurance Acturis est un atout
  • Possession d'un permis de conduire valide
