About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Alan & Thomas Insurance, part of Brown & Brown Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop leads to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with our marketing team to engage with leads and convert them into new business
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
  • Collaborate with our underwriting team to provide expert advice on insurance products and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service

Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of commercial insurance broking experience
  • Proven track record of sales success and business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage
  • Possession of a full driving licence
