Danny Sullivan Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the delivery of reactive maintenance contracts in the East Sussex area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highways management and local authority experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full core contract delivery, including reactive maintenance, street lighting, traffic signals, weed spraying, and grass cutting.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and manage margins and cash flows.
  • Work towards delivering a high-quality service and seeking opportunities for profit improvement.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with partners, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Understand and deliver to meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Highways experience.
  • Local authority experience (essential).
  • Operational or technical experience required.
  • Educated to degree level (preferred).
  • HNC/equivalent in Civil Engineering.
  • Demonstratable experience in previous contract management.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of £60k to £85k, including a car/car allowance, private healthcare, and a 10% discretionary bonus depending on financial performance.
