About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrator to join our dynamic team at Stoneacre Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our training programs and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit apprentices for Stoneacre Motor Group, providing initial advice and guidance to ensure they understand their roles and the apprenticeship journey.
  • Provide full administration support for the Academy and Technical school, ensuring compliance and processes are followed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with staff, learners, and key stakeholders to support the company's targets and objectives.
  • Attend school and college careers events to offer advice and guidance to potential apprentices.
  • Coordinate job adverts, liaise with managers, and advertise positions across all areas.
  • Pre-screen potential apprentices, offering initial advice and guidance, and establishing any accreditation prior learning.
  • Prepare, plan, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth interviews between candidates and interviewers.
  • Liaise with tutors and employers to arrange suitable start dates and inductions.
  • Build strong working relationships with employers to understand their recruitment and business needs.
  • Follow correct procedures and carry out relevant processes to ensure careful selection of candidates.
  • Provide comprehensive information, advice, and guidance to learners, ensuring clear direction regarding the apprenticeship, job outcomes, and careers.
  • Participate in meetings and team activities.
  • Ensure all learner information is collated, inputted, and stored in accordance with Data Protection regulations.
  • Coordinate initial, pre-start, induction, and start paperwork to ensure new apprentices understand their journey and induction is completed.
About You
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Professional manner.
  • Experience working in the training/educational sector.
  • GCSE or equivalent maths and English A-C.
