Civil Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Associate to join our Runcorn office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and key account management within industrial engineering environments, with a background in Civil or Structural engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of projects with a focus on Health, Safety, and Risk Management, Technical Delivery, Cost Control, Contractual Management, and Programme Management.
- Manage multi-disciplinary design teams, including 3rd party suppliers, and ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain internal and external networks for business development and collaborate with the Senior Management Team to establish growth strategies.
- Mentor, motivate, and encourage the Runcorn team, and attend conferences and seminar events to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Degree in Engineering or a related subject.
- Relevant membership of a professional institution, such as MICE or IStructE.
- At least 12 years' experience in an engineering consultancy, with a proven record of bidding and managing projects, mentoring staff, and developing service offerings.
