As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the firm's marketing campaign management automation efforts, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Pardot to streamline processes and enhance global training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation and management of the firm's marketing campaign management automation tools, ensuring seamless integration and global training.
  • Developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing programs to support multi-channel efforts, including events, webinars, promotions, prospecting, and retention marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create customized contact strategies for diverse client segments.
  • Designing and implementing engagement scoring and lead management strategies to drive business growth.
  • Managing the firm's martech stack, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Establishing best practices, infrastructure, and processes for email and direct mail management, utilizing campaign management tools effectively.
  • Developing test and learn plans to optimize targeting, creative, and marketing messages, driving continuous improvement.
  • Managing relationships with external production agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Gathering insights and documenting best practices from previous campaigns to inform future campaign performance.
  • Developing and managing a change management program to introduce new processes for marketing automation, ensuring a smooth transition.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of marketing automation, a strong understanding of Pardot, and proven experience in creating and launching large-scale email and direct marketing campaigns. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
