Responsibilities of the Nursery Manager As a Nursery Manager, you will oversee all facets of nursery operations and regulatory compliance, ensuring excellence in educational and commercial standards. This role requires a blend of expertise in child development, business insight, customer relations, and team leadership to cultivate a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning environment.
