Position: Senior Human Resources Consultant

We are excited to announce a vacancy for a highly qualified and seasoned HR professional.

The Senior Human Resources Consultant will oversee the efficient and effective delivery of HR services, collaborating closely with fellow Senior Consultants to meet organizational objectives.

As we navigate a period of transformation, there is a pressing need to modernize our employment terms and policy framework. Our team is ambitious and aims to make a significant impact across our workforce.

The successful candidate will spearhead the evolution of our policy framework, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic direction and cultural mindset.

The team is also responsible for essential operational activities, including compliance reporting such as Data Transparency and Gender Pay Gap analysis.

We seek a highly skilled HR professional with a proven history of delivering effective HR solutions and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with the ability to analyze and effectively utilize HR data, while leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
  • Build and maintain a strong network to benchmark practices that support business cases and informed decision-making.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our policy and relations strategy to meet the needs of the organization and its employees, ensuring their voices are heard and supporting managers in fostering high-performing teams.
