About the Role

Roxwell Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing a comprehensive and effective HR service to our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, including complex conflict resolution and disciplinary/grievance procedures.
  • HR Service Delivery: Support HR in the provision of a comprehensive and effective HR service for the firm.
  • Professional Development: Demonstrate strong professional credibility and build on-going relationships as a trusted advisor with managers and leaders.
  • Core People Processes: Drive core people processes such as ownership of parental leave, probation and performance reviews.
  • Coaching and Influencing: Coach, challenge and influence managers, providing advice and recommendations on all people-related issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the People and Reward Manager and HR Business Partners to ensure clear communication, alignment and consistency of approach.
  • Employee Support: Deal with first and second-level queries from employees regarding general HR and benefits.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Produce reports and management information from the HR Management System and other sources. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Provide ad hoc project support as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven and significant experience of Advisor level work ideally within a confidential professional services environment.
  • Qualifications: CIPD level 5/degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices. Solution-focused approach to conflict resolution. Proficiency in HR management systems. Proactive approach to employee engagement and wellbeing. Analytical skills: to quickly evaluate data/situations and reach conclusions. Excellent relationship building and influencing skills. Ability to work with appropriate attention to detail and high standards, whilst still working at pace.
  • Desirable: Experience of working in a fast-paced, professional services or legal organization would be highly desirable.
