Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a low secure hospital in Ayr, Scotland. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, promoting engagement and empowerment
  • Contribute to patient assessments, care planning, and monitoring progress, ensuring seamless care delivery
  • Lead shifts and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A high level of self-motivation, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £35,857 - £41,578 per annum, depending on experience
