Join Our Team as a Clinical Supervisor - Band 6 Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to non-clinical staff, utilizing our Online Telephone Support model. You will work closely with senior clinicians to provide coaching and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered adult nurse to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical supervision to non-clinical staff
  • Utilizing our Online Telephone Support model to deliver clinical supervision
  • Working closely with senior clinicians to provide coaching and support
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registration as an adult nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register
  • Extensive post-registration experience, preferably within an acute or primary care setting
  • Excellent clinical decision-making skills and ability to provide continuous clinical supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-disciplined with excellent time management
