About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Enlighten Supply Pool. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and qualify candidates using various tools and resources
  • Develop and publish job advertisements
  • Headhunt high-caliber candidates through multiple platforms
  • Build and maintain candidate market maps
  • Coordinate candidate meetings and interviews
  • Utilize our CRM system to track all activities
  • Identify and pursue leads, converting them into successful placements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers
  • Develop your own brand in the market through various mechanisms
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets and objectives set by your team leader/mentor
