About the Role

Catalyst Partners is collaborating with a leading global insurer on a transformative journey in their Talent Acquisition function. We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a brand-new, refreshed team, reporting directly to the Head of Talent.

This role involves executing end-to-end searches, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. You will drive process improvement initiatives by leveraging data and analytics, while developing candidate experience and contributing to the strategy and framework for talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in process improvement and optimisation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative journey within a globally listed firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end searches
  • Drive process improvement initiatives
  • Develop candidate experience
  • Contribute to talent acquisition strategy

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience within a sizeable organisation
  • Immediate availability or a notice period no longer than 1 month
