About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at a busy Shopping Centre. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the Centre to identify and address any security concerns
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a professional and effective manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to Centre staff and visitors
  • Monitor CCTV systems and report any incidents or suspicious activity
  • Work collaboratively with other security team members to maintain a high level of security and customer service
Requirements:
  • SIA and CCTV licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic report writing and IT skills
  • Able to compose emails and prepare incident reports
  • Proactively uses initiative to recognise priorities within own workload
  • Able to problem solve
  • A good level of spoken and written English
