Job Title: Senior Customer Service Advisor

As a Senior Customer Service Advisor at Barclays Bank PLC, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while resolving more complex customer needs and requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to bank products and services, including account balances, transactions, and payments.
  • Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate customer care processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement to provide recommendations for change in customer care processes and provide feedback and coaching for colleagues on these highlighted areas.
  • Develop and implement customer care procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
