- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional patient care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the mental health field.
- Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication within our organization.
- Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
- Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate resilience and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Full training and support to help you develop your skills and confidence in the mental health field.
