Mental Health Transport Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK - Bases. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing safe and respectful patient transport services, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our patients at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient transport services, adhering to our PROUD core values: Patient First, Respect, Openness, Unity, and Determination.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional care and support to patients in various settings, including secure transport and mental health services.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and clients, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care, de-escalation techniques, and physical intervention.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to our health and safety policies and procedures.
- Valid full UK manual driving license with a minimum of 12 months' driving experience.
- Enhanced DBS certificate and ability to maintain it.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
