Mental Health Transport Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Mental Health Transport Support Worker to join our team at Secure Care UK - Bases. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation services to patients in need of mental health care.
About the Role:
As a Mental Health Transport Support Worker, you will be responsible for transporting patients to and from various locations, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional care and support to patients, adhering to our company's values of Patient First, Respect, Openness, Unity, and Determination.
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of patient transportation and care provided.
Requirements:
- Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience.
- Maintain Enhanced DBS.
- Excellent communication skills, including IT ability.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering genuine care.
- Demonstrate resilience.
- Able to work as part of a team effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
