Role Summary

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

Accountability

Holding overall financial responsibility for project outcomes against budget through effective expenditure management, workforce planning, precise operating cost reporting, forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies to support financial performance.

Project Execution

Creating and executing plans to fulfill contractual obligations related to project deliverables, including both short-term and long-term actions that provide clear direction and accountability to meet specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Performance Management

Overseeing and controlling project performance to meet delivery targets, deadlines, and customer commitments, ensuring desired financial outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Extensive experience in program management
- Background in the Engineering or Construction sector is desirable
- Relevant experience in the Elevator and Escalator industry is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proven track record in project financial management and controls
- Experience in building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Familiarity with formal project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
