About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Robertson Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct visitors to the premises, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Issue security passes and visitor passes, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and small deliveries, directing them as appropriate.
  • Ensure authorized access only by following security procedures and processing Authority to Work and Visitor Form requirements.
  • Book rooms and meeting spaces on behalf of clients, adhering to the NHSBSA Room Booking Policy.
  • Run reports to provide information to management and clients, minimizing room wastage.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including logging helpdesk requests, maintaining records, and compiling reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in reception and security logbooks, including entries on the client's software.
  • Hand over shifts to night shift security guards, ensuring all information is passed accurately.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar administrative position, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have strong IT skills and be able to learn new software quickly.
