Role Overview:
The Family Support Connector will assist families in navigating the resources and services available to them.


The Family Support Connector will aid parents in accessing early childhood services, overcoming obstacles to participation, and executing strategies to enhance engagement with new families.


The Family Support Connector will collaborate with early childhood services to foster inclusivity and empower parents, caregivers, and families to partake in decision-making processes that shape service design and delivery, including the creation of high-quality volunteer opportunities.


The Family Support Connector will guide parents in understanding the various influences on child development and parental well-being, facilitating positive outcomes for children.

Direct families to resources and tools that assist parents in making beneficial choices for themselves and their children.

Community Engagement:
Co-develop initiatives with the community to shape how services are accessed.


Be an integral part of the Family Hub model; engage directly with families, professionals, and partners to empower them and cultivate vibrant communities.
