We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our Outpatient Department team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical staff in providing high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
