Service Care Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Family Support Liaison to join our team.


We are in search of an individual who will assist families in accessing resources and tools that empower parents to make informed decisions for themselves and their children.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the community to co-create initiatives that shape service engagement.
2. Foster strong and lasting connections between families and the Family Hubs through collaborative efforts.


3. Act as a vital member of the Family Hub initiative; engage directly with families, professionals, and partners to empower them and cultivate vibrant communities.


4. As part of the Family Hub Team, maintain effective communication with key stakeholders regarding the Transformation Programme, ensuring they are updated on progress and any potential challenges.

Requirements:

- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Experience working with children and families
- Valid UK Driving Licence
