We are seeking a talented Family Solicitor to join our team at a growing legal practice in Kettering. As a Family Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of family matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial matters on the breakdown of a relationship, and TOLATA cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage your own caseload of private family law matters
- Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the legal process
- Work closely with the team to drive successful outcomes in a collaborative setting
- Ensure files are managed efficiently and in compliance with legal standards
- Maintain a high standard of client care, delivering exceptional service
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law
- Ability to handle your own caseload independently
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- 20 holiday days + bank holidays provided, with entitlement increasing with time spent
- NEST pension scheme offered
- Potential of a bonus scheme implemented based on billing targets
