We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a Technical Program Manager within the Technical Management Engineering team at Smart DCC. This role is pivotal in steering the planning, execution, and successful completion of technical initiatives, contributing significantly to the advancement of the Smart Meter and IoT Ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate forum planning and define the scope for internal processes.
- Oversee the Design Change Assurance Forum and Round Table discussions.
- Coordinate and manage matrix teams effectively.
- Implement risk management strategies.
- Manage communication and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee change management processes.
- Generate documentation and reports.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience as a technical project lead in a dynamic, matrix, and agile environment, with a strong emphasis on quality.
- High emotional intelligence to navigate and resolve challenges.
- Proven track record in managing technical projects or consulting roles.
- Ability to support the technical delivery of quality and governance across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- A comprehensive understanding of both technical and non-technical business risks.
