Job Summary:

ICTS Europe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Command Centre professional to join our team. As a Security Operations Centre Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of performance, discipline, and appearance while working in a fast-paced global command centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to global events and incidents that may impact our clients in over 70 locations worldwide.
  • Manage and attend to incidents locally in our London office, ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property.
  • Point of contact for clients, staff, vendors, and visitors in case of security, access control, and safety matters.
  • Monitor global intelligence and communicate with travellers as necessary.
  • Assist business travellers with receiving medical, security, and travel support.
  • Monitor and respond to alarm activations, assist with CCTV/DVR checks and reports, and maintain access control management.
  • Conduct site patrols, maintain client and ICTS quality control standards, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Act within the authorities set out by ICTS management and the company's working procedures.
  • Promote ICTS Europe and our clients in a positive manner.
  • Undertake other reasonable security functions as required by the security management team and client.

Requirements:

  • 5-year checkable background
  • 3-5 years of experience in the corporate security industry
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the required standard
  • Documentation to prove eligibility to work within the UK, if applicable
  • Excellent command of English – both oral and written
  • Computer literacy
  • SIA License (DS & CCTV)
  • First Aid at Work
