About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Transfer Pricing Expertise: Provide expert advice on transfer pricing matters, including permanent establishment positions, certificates of residency, and global legislative changes.
  • Global Tax Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of global tax planning strategies, including geographic expansion and intercompany agreements.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions, including non-US tax audits and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for external service providers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: ACA or CTA qualified with a proven track record of working in a transfer-pricing tax position.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in international transfer pricing, either in-house or in a professional services firm.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
