An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a qualified expert with significant M&A tax expertise to join a distinguished Big 4 team that is expanding. This dynamic and demanding sector is driven by technical proficiency, necessitating in-depth tax application and substantial client engagement.

The Team:
  • The M&A Tax division in London collaborates with a diverse range of clients, from Private Equity firms to Public Sector entities, boasting a truly international scope that facilitates cross-border transactions.
  • By leveraging an extensive M&A network alongside broader Tax and Deals operations, as well as partnerships with leading Investment banks and Law firms, the team provides strategic solutions and tax guidance on intricate and often high-stakes transactions.
  • Within the division, specialized sub-teams focus on areas such as Funds, Management, Stamp Taxes, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Transfer Pricing, Global Operating Model Advisory, and VAT.
  • This team also maintains close collaboration with the Deals and Transaction Services Teams, Capital Markets, and Consulting divisions.
