The Team:
  • The M&A Tax division in London collaborates with clients ranging from Private Equity Firms to Public Sector entities, boasting a truly international presence that facilitates transactions across various jurisdictions.
  • Leveraging an extensive M&A network alongside broader Tax and Deals operations, as well as partnerships with leading Investment Banks and Law Firms, the team provides strategic solutions and tax guidance on intricate and often high-stakes transactions.
  • Within the division, specialized sub-teams focus on areas such as Funds, Management, Stamp Taxes, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Transfer Pricing, Global Operating Model Advisory, and VAT.
  • This team also maintains close collaboration with the Deals and Transaction Services Teams, Capital Markets, and Consulting divisions.
