M&A Tax Assistant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an M&A Tax Assistant Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our M&A tax team, you will be responsible for advising clients on tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax advice to clients on M&A transactions
  • Work closely with the Partner and Senior Manager to deliver high-quality tax services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
