We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing tax advice and guidance to our clients on complex M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax advice and guidance on M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and deal execution
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including listed and inbound companies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tax solutions that meet our clients' needs
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure their growth and success
Requirements:
  • ACA or CTA qualified
  • Proven experience in Mergers and Acquisitions tax
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
