Opportunity Overview:
  • A remarkable opportunity has emerged for a qualified expert with substantial M&A tax experience to join a distinguished Big 4 team. This role is situated in a dynamic and demanding sector, emphasizing technical tax application and extensive client engagement.
Team Dynamics:
  • The M&A Tax division in London collaborates with a diverse range of clients, from Private Equity Firms to Public Sector entities, boasting a truly global footprint that facilitates transactions across various jurisdictions.
  • By leveraging an extensive M&A network alongside broader Tax and Deals practices, as well as partnerships with leading investment banks and legal firms, the team provides strategic solutions and tax guidance on intricate and often high-stakes transactions.
  • Within the division, specialized sub-teams focus on areas such as Funds, Management, Stamp Taxes, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Transfer Pricing, Global Operating Model Advisory, and VAT.
  • This division also works in close collaboration with the Deals and Transaction Services Teams, Capital Markets, and Consulting divisions.
