As a pivotal member of the organization, you will play an essential role in steering and enhancing their M&A Tax division.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding tax advisory services to a varied clientele, customized to your expertise.

You will engage with a diverse array of clients, including multinational enterprises, owner-managed businesses (OMBs), innovative start-ups, and established firms. Your duties may include:

  • Advising on transactions
  • Conducting tax due diligence
  • Providing guidance on corporate restructuring
  • Implementing employee share incentive programs
  • Performing tax valuations

Collaborating closely with the partners, you will supervise, manage, and mentor a team of corporate tax specialists, offering your support and knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering strategic tax advice on business sales and acquisitions to management teams and shareholders
  • Consulting on management incentive schemes, including EMI, Growth Share plans, and Employee Ownership trusts
  • Offering expertise in structuring property transactions
  • Leading projects such as tax valuations, due diligence, and international structuring
