Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Coordinator at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Front of House services, including greeting and directing visitors, candidates, and new hires
  • Receive, direct, and relay telephone, email, and other queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain the high standards of the Front of House and office areas, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained
  • Administer parking spaces, allocate visitor spaces, and arrange taxis as requested
  • Manage onsite meeting rooms, arranging refreshments and hospitality requirements
  • Process travel requests, internal purchase orders, and general enquiries to the business
  • Conduct daily meeting room checks, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinate repair and maintenance of site and office equipment
  • Issue ID and access badges for new hires, visitors, and vendors, and maintain the visitors sign-in book
  • Monitor and ensure office housekeeping and cleanliness is delivered to the highest quality
  • Champion company office policies and procedures, and report office recycling figures to JLL Work Dynamics
  • Provide contractor management, including induction and monitoring while on site

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

  • Customer service
  • Business administration
  • Use of CAFM systems (Maximo)
  • Knowledge of FM practices and procedures

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
