Job Summary
The Payroll Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the completion of payrolls for 35,000 colleagues across various pay frequencies.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, knowledge of high-volume payrolls, and CIPP qualification.
They will also have mentoring and supervisory experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the team meets key deadlines and SLAs to a high standard.
- Promote best practices and ensure the team prioritizes colleague satisfaction.
- Train the team on payroll processing and legislative changes, monitoring their performance and helping them develop in their careers.
