About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Lead to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for providing commercial support to our projects, ensuring that all commercial activities are executed in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial support to projects, including change management, reviews, bid governance, contractual notices, and compensation events.
  • Manage a range of commercial activities, including contract administration, pricing, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their commercial needs are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that commercial objectives are aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within an engineering organization, with a strong understanding of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
  • Experience in managing customer contracts and relationships, as well as post-contract delivery experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex commercial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
