Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Able Care at Home. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, while maintaining their dignity and confidentiality.
  • Encourage and support clients to participate in activities that promote their physical, intellectual, and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.
  • Document tasks and observations accurately, using our digital care planning system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) scheme membership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform care tasks.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
