- Intellectual Stimulation: Engage clients in activities that promote mental stimulation, such as reading, playing games, or simply chatting with them.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' personal boundaries at all times.
- Reporting: Report any changes in clients' physical, mental, or social well-being to the relevant authorities.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- PVG Scheme: Have or obtain a PVG scheme membership.
- Communication Skills: Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Training: Acquire mandatory training and certifications.
- Physical Ability: Be physically able to carry out care tasks.
- Initiative: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and use your own initiative when necessary.
- Training and Experience: Possess relevant training and experience in social care or a related field.
- Social Care Qualifications: Hold social care-related qualifications, such as a Level 2 SVQ in Social Care.
- Driving License: Possess a valid UK driving license and access to a car.
- Previous Experience: Have previous experience in care work or a related field.
