About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Rubislaw Park Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and dignity are respected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care to residents, including personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.
  • Support daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective care environment.
Requirements
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant or transferable skills.
  • A genuine passion for providing care for the elderly and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Integrity, respect, and a strong sense of teamwork are essential qualities for success in this role.
What We Offer
