About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Cranford Care Home in Aberdeen. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated support to residents on a daily basis, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism.
  • Promote independence among residents while treating them with the utmost understanding and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support.

Requirements
  • Proficient in effective communication across all levels
  • Demonstrates a sincere interest in working with our specific client group
  • Successfully passed DBS screening
  • Thrives as a collaborative team player
  • While not mandatory, possession of an NVQ level 2 in care is highly desirable
  • Demonstrate eagerness to engage in vocational training programs, continually enhancing skills and knowledge
  • Display initiative and autonomy
