Job Title: Senior Director Digital Science and Cross-Domains Intelligence (EMEA)

Gentrian, a leading fintech solution provider in the aerospace and defense industry, is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Science and Innovation to spearhead our mission to disrupt and revolutionize a $3 trillion dollar industry.

About the Role:

We are looking for a visionary leader who can drive innovation and digital transformation across our organization. As Senior Director of Digital Science and Innovation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge data science and AI solutions to predict trends and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a team of data scientists and engineers to design and implement AI and machine learning solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science and AI into our business operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and AI and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement data governance and quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Requirements:

  • PhD in a quantitative field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
  • 10+ years of experience in data science and AI, with a strong background in machine learning and deep learning
  • Excellent coding skills, with experience in languages such as Python, R, or C++
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
