We are partnering with a Local Authority in Waltham Forest to assist with the appointment of a Deputy Manager for a Residential Home on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension at the client's discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential care home services for older people living with dementia, utilizing managerial experience and expertise.
  • Lead and work alongside the manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
  • Applicants should possess a minimum relevant care qualification, such as NVQ Level 4 QCF or equivalent, and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with the Care Quality Commission is essential.

Requirements:

  • Available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • Right to work in the U.K.
  • Enhanced DBS required.
