We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Nurse to join our specialist adult eating disorder inpatient service in Marlborough, Wiltshire. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and innovative care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Nurse in charge role on shift, ensuring the safe and effective running of the shift on an inpatient unit.
- Primary and Secondary nurse role on care teams for patients, offering a key worker role and regular carer liaison.
- Supporting patients at snack and meal times each day.
- Supporting and delivering Naso Gastric (NG) tube feeding (training provided).
- Phlebotomy (training provided).
- Supervisor role for support workers/students.
- Working earlies, lates (or long day) and night shifts, on a 24 hours / 365 days inpatient service.
- Liaising with professionals from community teams, other inpatient services including general hospital.
- Excellent opportunities for career progression.
- 27 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, rising to 33 days with continuous service.
