As a key member of our supervision team, you will assist managers and directors in providing assurance and commercial advice to clients, while supporting your teams in delivering high-quality work to meet operational objectives.
Team ManagementYou will be responsible for managing and developing team members in line with our culture and values. This will involve conducting performance reviews, setting objectives, and providing timely feedback and clear development plans.
You will also be expected to build a network of potential new clients to identify new business opportunities, creating a vibrant pipeline of new opportunities through proactive outreach and internal relationships with other service line managers.
Key Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will be fully qualified (ACA or ACCA) or qualified by experience with five years in general practice. You will be a good people manager who is confident in developing relationships with new and existing clients, helping to identify opportunities, and pitch for new business.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Effective management of client lock-up, budgets, billing, and debtors
- Specialisation in a sector and developed key industry knowledge (optional)
In this role, you will be guided by managers, associates, and directors, as well as managing other team members. You will also be expected to develop client relationships and proactively maintain your professional network.
Operating Environment and ContextAs Assistant Assurance Manager, you will support your line manager in providing high-quality business advice and assurance services. You will be responsible for the overall quality of individual assignments and delivery of a complete product with due regard to budget.
