Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimizing hygiene standards through the implementation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Cleaning in Place (CIP) protocols.
- Improving quality performance by maintaining optimal hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Enhancing yield performance by implementing efficient hygiene practices and minimizing waste.
- Nurturing a high-performing workforce by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and customers by maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to COSHH regulations and company policies.
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP Level 2 and other relevant health and safety protocols.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hygiene Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Extensive supervisory experience, with a proven track record of improving hygiene standards and quality performance.
- Knowledge of SOPs, CIP protocols, and other relevant health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- FLT training and Fire Marshal certification are desirable.
