Children's Wellbeing Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Primary Intervention Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to provide holistic assessments, interventions, and support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for children and young people with mental health concerns.
- Provide individual and group interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches.
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide initiatives and policies.
- Participate in clinical supervision and peer review to maintain high standards of practice.
- Postgraduate diploma in a relevant field, such as Child and Adolescent Mental Health or a related area.
- Registration with a professional body, such as the British Psychological Society or the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.
- Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
