We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and generate leads for marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain accurate sales records, monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure adherence to established sales processes.
  • Provide comprehensive support for sales documentation, including preparing quotations, proposals, and statements of work.
  • Leverage your analytical skills to generate sales reports, conduct data analysis, and provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Proficiently manage our CRM system and extract relevant data to support sales efforts.
  • Manage client contracts effectively and promptly respond to inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide backup support for sales order processing and financial administration tasks as needed.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and thriving under pressure.
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proven experience using CRM systems and generating reports from data.
  • Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions is highly desirable.
