Main Responsibilities- Business Development: Generate and secure new business opportunities through apprenticeship vacancies and upskilling programmes.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with employers to maximise revenue, ensuring a quality service throughout.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes and practices, contributing to overall organisational quality enhancement.
- Sales Campaigns: Proactively plan and execute sales campaigns through telesales, field sales, networking, and business development to meet monthly targets.
- Business Pipeline: Develop a continuous pipeline of business opportunities to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Employer Engagement: Engage new employers across various sectors to generate apprenticeship opportunities.
- Research and Development: Research and develop a database of local and regional employers for targeted sales campaigns.
- Event Attendance: Attend employer events to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Employer Visits: Conduct employer visits, promote services, and perform Training Needs Analyses where applicable.
- Paperwork and Compliance: Complete all necessary employer-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with funding and health & safety requirements.
- Account Management: Provide excellent account management to maximise opportunities with new employers.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to coordinate employer recruitment needs and ensure eligibility checks for upskilled learners.
- Relationship Building: Build positive working relationships across the organisation to share knowledge and best practice.
- Sales Performance: Achieve individual and team income targets in line with the Sales Strategy.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain and update employer databases, generating reports and performance metrics for the management team.
- Strategic Contributions: Be a company ambassador, contributing to the Sales Strategy with fresh ideas and insights.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with strong sales skills and a passion for apprenticeships. You will have experience in generating business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.
